All online orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed for in-store pick up are ready within 2 hours.
Return Policy:
Thank you for your purchase! Full-price, unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached is eligible for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Store credit will expire after 365 days of issued date. You are welcome to bring an online order in-store to return.
Write to us at info@goldenmeanaustin.com for return instructions if you are not local to ATX or would prefer to return through the mail. We will provide a physical address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to. Once we receive the returned merchandise, you will be issued store credit for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you must pay to ship your item back to us.

Domestic Shipping:
Domestic shipping is via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All shipping options include tracking which will be provided to you once your package ships. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. We may use an alternate delivery service (such as FEDEX or UPS) for larger packages.
Golden Mean will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses. Please make sure your shipping address leads to a secure location.
