Tierra Y Mesa by Armonía
Join us for an evening that brings the land to the table—through food, scent, sound, and story.
Sunday April 27th 6:30 PM at Golden Mean
Tierra y Mesa is a sensorial gathering rooted in heritage, community, and the universal home we all share: the earth. Held inside the sun-washed and soulful space of Golden Mean, the evening invites us to slow down and remember the grounding gestures that nourish us.
This is where ancestral wisdom and seasonal abundance meet. Where the plate becomes a place of memory. Where every bite tells a story of what’s been planted, passed down, and preserved.

What the Evening Holds:
Jana Cantuna | Photographic Exhibition
The night begins with an intimate collection of images exploring the bond between land and heritage—personal, textural, and filled with echoes of memory.
Chef Deepa | Dinner of the Tierra
A four-course vegetarian meal shaped by intuition, emotion, and the generosity of the season. Built around sun-fed produce from Box-Co, the menu fuses Latin and South Asian flavors with the quiet confidence of Texas roots. It’s a celebration of the way our ancestors once ate—when plants took center stage and everything else followed.
Tozi, Hijita, and Paquera
Expect ancestral small bites from Tozi, a soft and grounding close from Hijita’s single-origin cacao, and rare, small-batch mezcal from Paquera, poured slowly as the evening unfolds.
---
Atmosphere & Design:
The space will be warmed by Armonía’s signature aromatic tools—hand-poured and infused with the scent of gardens, kitchens, and warm air at dusk.
Florals by Teoxochitl Designs will bloom across the table—wild, fragrant, and full of life.
Live sound by Exit Disco Studio will carry us softly through the night.
Golden Mean:
Golden Mean is a female owned artist-focused gift shop and art gallery. The goods are centered on personal connection, inclusivity, giving back, and sustainability.
